What's Included?
IMPORTANT: Conveyancing is a legal process and Queensland law requires that conveyancing is conducted by a solicitor. At our firm, your matter is managed by a Solicitor, not the assisting paralegal
Data Safety: All client data and all information in our practice management system cloud infrastructure is encrypted at rest, using AES-256, military-grade encryption.
Communicate how you like: Communication of updates is inbuilt in our process, communicate with us via SMS, email or phone.
The Conveyance: Once under Contract, we provide you advice on and manage your obligations under the Contract
We liase with ALL parties on your behalf - the agent, property manager, sellers solicitor, your lender, your building and pest inspector and all government authorities throughout.
Conduct Electronic Verification of your Identity (up to 2 Buyers)
Attend to securing an ATO Clearance Certificate (if over $750k), Rates Search, Special Water Meter Read, Land Tax, Title and Plan (also Form 13)
Calculate all financials and organise payments to all parties, including authorities
Resolve any pre-settlement issues, organise all payments to all parties
Attend to electronic settlement on your behalf (PEXA fee separate) and notify all parties that settlement has taken place
