Personal Service: Access to attend our office in person if you wish, unlimited calls and emails, dedicated team to your matter
Communicate how you like: Communication of updates is inbuilt in our process, communicate with us via SMS, email or phone.
Data Safety: All client data and all information in our practice management system cloud infrastructure is encrypted at rest, using AES-256, military-grade encryption.
Legal: Conveyancing is a legal process and Queensland requires that conveyancing is conducted through a solicitor. At our firm, your matter is managed by a Solicitor, not the assisting paralegal
The Conveyance: Once under Contract, we provide you advice on your obligations under the Contract
We manage your Contractual obligations on your behalf
We liase with ALL parties on your behalf - agent, property manager, releasing bank and the buyers solicitor
Conduct Electronic Verification of your Identity (up to 2 Sellers)
Calculate all financials and organise payments to all parties, including authorities
Attend to electronic settlement on your behalf (PEXA fee separate)
We complete all post settlement activities, notifying all parties that the Property settled!
What's Included?
IMPORTANT: Sellers have onerous disclosure obligations under the standard terms of the Contract which is soon to be law. This means that if information that should be disclosed, is not, (PRIOR to the Buyer entering into the Contract) the Buyer may be able to terminate, seek compensation from you while you have lost momentum in the sales process. Agents are not Solicitors and only handle the administrative aspects of Contract preparation, such as names addresses etc.
