Always available and extremely knowledgeable…not sure how this messy transaction would have gone through without you!  Very lucky to have been referred to you by the Agent! Cheers!

Nadine was on time for our meeting which is really important to me.  She was able to explain a variety of options regarding my situation and now I have a clear direction moving forward.  I highly recommend Nadine.

Nadine is detail oriented, practical and direct.

Engaging with her is easy, productive and produces clear results.

Nadine is the Legal Practitioner Director at The Real Estate Lawyer.

Nadine began her professional career in Toronto, Canada where she worked in one of the largest independently owned commercial real estate firms as Director of Research.

Nadine then moved to Malta where she was the Managing Director of her company acquiring sole distributorship rights of a leading North American architectural cladding company in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. Being a country of civil law tradition, solely reliant on the letter of the law, private contracts were excessively long and not easily entered into by small to medium sized businesses.

This motivated Nadine to study law and strive to make commercial contracts user friendly. In 2008, she graduated magna cum laude with degrees in law and international relations from the University of Malta.
She then returned to Australia where she sought to utilise her new law degree and did so at Qld Law Group as Practice Manager/Law Clerk for the property and estates division. Nadine then secured an opportunity at Rio Tinto, a leading global mining and metals company in Perth, Western Australia, where she negotiated and drafted procurement contracts up to a total value of a $100 million for the provision of goods and services to the Iron Ore division. She then acted as the Regional Lead managing the development and implementation of a contractor management project at over 26 sites, effecting over 13,000 end-users transacting over $3.5 billion of annual spend.

Nadine worked at Broad & Cassel, West Palm Beach in Florida for several weeks as part of the LAW junior lawyer exchange program. The purpose of her visit was to expose her to the practice of law in the United States and the differences between the practice of law in Australia and the U.S.

Nadine, as a lawyer, returned to practice at Qld Law Group as a construction lawyer under Principal Steven Johnson. She then worked in boutique construction law practice and most recently at Clayton Utz, a leading Australia law firm, also as a construction lawyer.
